Ran, a 50+ year resident of Fredericksburg, VA, was born in Brunswick County, VA to Otis and Ruth Thomas and raised by Wilbur and Bessie Thomas.

Praying for you Randy and all of your family. It was a privilege and honor to care for both your Dad and Mom at Hughes Home. Know they are truly healed now and we will catch up with them one day. God Bless you all

Thomas family, I met Randy when I went to work for Vepco’s Substation Automation & Control Department in 1978. I have fond memories of those days and the guys in the Substation Department. We weren’t always politically correct, but we had fun while getting a lot of work done. I learned much from Randy and am better because our paths crossed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Mr. Thomas was like a second Dad to me when I moved to Virginia from Michigan. He took me hunting and to the races.
He always treated me like I was a part of the family, which I was during many summer days at the Lake!
Many great memories that will never go away
