She is survived by he daughter Ariana Jaden Leake; partner of 7 years, Kevin Monroe Lam; mother Cathy Jo Cagle; father William Maxie Hopkins Sr. and companion Debbie; grandparents, Joyce Crockett, Linda and Jim Roberts, and Charles Cagle; sisters, Dana Lee Huffman, Amanda Nichole Scott, Jenna Elizabeth and Mackenzy Lynn Hopkins; brothers, William Maxie Hopkins Jr. and Nicholas Ryan Hopkins; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Leake and son, Jonathon Brice Leake.
All services will be private.
