Joel Gambalan Paraoan

Joel Paraoan, 54, rest peacefully on November 27, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on October 6, 1969 to Romeo B. Paraoan and Nieves G. Paraoan ; survived by wife Helen and son AJ and other beloved siblings ; Romeo, Amor, Albert Paraoan and Maria French. Joel and his family immigrated to the US in 1984. He found his faith as Jehovah’s witness and was baptized Nov 20, 1994 in Crownsville, Maryland. Throughout his life, he brought immense joy, love, and guidance to his family and friends. Joel was a loving devoted husband to Helen, and a cherished father to AJ. He was an incredible source of support and demonstrated unwavering love through his last breath. He prioritize his family above all else. He enjoyed outdoor activities like camping and fishing. Beyond his role as a loving father, Joel was also a respected elder in the congregation of Jehovah’s witness and a full time minister. He was also known for his welcoming and supportive nature. People found it easy to approach him with their concerns or seek his guidance, knowing that he would always be ready to lend a helping hand. His willingness to assist others made him a reliable and trusted source of spiritual support and his presence will be deeply missed by those who relied on his kindness and generosity. Joel's legacy will live on through the memories he created and the lives he touched. His love and guidance will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends.
