Hospital on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Born October 20, 1944 in Indiana she was the youngest child of Charles and Ethel Gibson. Raised in Albion IL with her three older brothers Charles, Irvine, and Melvin she attended business school and worked as an administrative business professional in multiple businesses in North Dakota, Minnesota, Texas, and the Virginia Public School System.
As a resident of Virginia since 2001, Judi made her life's mission to be a loving mother, devoted wife, and amazing grandmother. She was active in many scrapbooking, sewing, and quilting groups including Project Linus. She was an avid gardener and was always showing love and care for others.
She is survived by her loving husband, Frank, daughter Heidi Sheridan and husband, Chad, and two grandchildren, Noe and Sarah Sheridan.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel at 11:00 AM, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may also be made in her name to Project Linus or Operation Smile.
