Lucy was born in Texas on December 27, 1938 to Angelo and Ann Lisotta Piranio.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Joseph Pinto.
Lucy started the preschool program at St. Patrick Catholic Church where she was also a teacher until her retirement.
Survivors include her husband Patrick Pinto, a daughter Ann Marie Starr and husband Peter and a son Charles Pinto and wife Sara all of Fredericksburg. She is also survived by a sister, Clementine Todora of Texas and a grandchild.
A funeral service will be conducted Friday, March 25 at 10:30 am at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel with visitation from 9:00 am to service time. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
