A visitation for Manuel will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. A funeral service will occur Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 13752 Marys Way, Woodbridge, VA 22191.
