She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Elmo; two sons, Kevin and Andrew; mother, Tomasa Ortiz; brother, Jose Diaz; and sister, Esperanza Diaz.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel from 2-4:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 1:00 pm, with interment to follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
