She is survived by her daughter, Gwendolyn (Edward) Schaar; son, William (Kathy) Thodos; sister, Aileen Wortman; and four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 6-8:00 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the funeral home at 2:00 pm. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to Alzheimer’s Association.
