A graveside service will be held at 10am on Monday March 9, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
All are welcomed for a gathering to be held after the graveside service at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service.
Mattie was born on September 3,1930 in Albemarle, VA to William and Vertie Clements. She
married Robert Brown on January 26,1954 in Fredericksburg, VA. They raised 9 children together. Mattie was a CNA at Annaburg Manor in Manassas, VA and Fairfax Nursing Home of Fairfax, VA. Mattie was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.
Mattie is survived by her children Judy Brown, Jerry (Jane) Brown, Debbie (Wayne) Sisk,
Sharon Greenawalt, Margaret Brown, Warren (Joyce) Brown, Ronnie (Amy) Brown, Troy Brown,
and Danny (Christy) Brown; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 2
great-great-grandchildren.
