Michelle Marie Walden

Missy was born on April 29, 1957, in Stuttgart, Germany, the daughter of US Army CW4 Charles and Rosemarie Stoddard. She worked in the medical field as an X-Ray Technician for twenty years and then in Real Estate until her retirement last year. Her passion was serving others, building a community, and making everyone feel at home. Additionally, Missy strived to inspire others to be their authentic self! One of her most memorable accomplishments was completing the Camino Pilgrimage through Portugal and Spain in 2023.

Survivors include her loving husband, Randy Walden; two sons, Kyle Walden (Caitlin) of Arlington, VA, Seth Walden (Shelby) of Bellingham, WA; two grandchildren, Rosie and Harvey; her mother, Rosemarie Stoddard of Gloucester, VA; one sister Melissa Harris (Alan) of Heathsville, VA.

A celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, VA.

Casual dress for the Celebration of Life. Missy always preferred blue jeans and a blazer.
