She is survived by her husband, Frank Hughes; and her four sons, James Hughes (Chrissy Casey), Jason Hughes (Dawn), John Hughes, and Jesepth Hughes (Michelle).
Moncella will also be greatly missed by her brother, Leon Law (Rita); her sister, Donella Strauss (Gene); her grandchildren, April, Jessica, Haley, Garrett, Hailey; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Dakota, Colton, Easton, and Blake.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Audrey Law; and her brother, Mickey Law.
Moncella enjoyed cooking, shopping and playing bingo. She loved the lord and her family. Her boys were her pride and joy.
She was a selfless woman who put others first and she was loved by so many and touched many lives.
