I started at the NALC in 1971. Pat was one of the first ones I met because  I was placed in the Membership Department and Pat was also there. I have a lot of memories there and was so shocked when I found out that Pat was not listed in the Holiday List that the NALC sends out every year. You can understand my  demise when I did not see her name. I moved to the computer and entered Pat's name and was taken back to see her name was under obituary, and she had died on June 9th. I will have to say that some tears were shed. I do remember the parties that we went to at the NALC and also the good times. Dale Molina

I worked with Pat at the NALC from April 1979 to June 1993.  I will always cherish our friendship… from walking around the Capitol daily (weather permitting) or the stairs in the building, what I called “my 2nd-hand smoking breaks” or being included in family chili night…. She was a true friend and a great lady.

I knew as soon as I met Pat that she was special. I wasn’t mistaken. We met at work and became fast friends. That friendship lasted 49 years. At one point we worked so close together you would have thought we were joined at the hip. Work afforded us so many opportunities and adventures . Attending NFL Award ceremonies. Traveling around the country for conventions. Getting to explore different place's. Meeting people and having fun doing all of it. I remember our trip to Milwaukee. We were so excited to go to the Harley Davidson factory. To see the motorcycles being built. Only to discover it was just parts that they were making. We still made the most of our outing. We spent many, many hours getting to know each other. The more I got to know Pat the more I loved her. Christmas became another special time together for us. When we would bake cookies for our employees. My mother’s famous chocolate chip cookie recipe.  To this day whenever I bake them I think of Pat and the good times we enjoyed doing that. After we retired Ed and I moved to Maui. Pat and Barb were our first visitors. I still recall how Pat was moved by the beauty and the magic that was our island home. I am so grateful that they visited. Those memories still warm my heart. The times we spent visiting her and Bill at Lake Anna will always bring a smile. I feel truly blessed to have been a part of Pat’s life and will miss her beautiful smile. RIP my dear friend. We will meet on the other side.

I knew and loved Pat Conforti for more than 50 years. She was technically my mother-in-law but really more like a sister to me. She was always kind, loving and generous to me and I tried to be a good friend to her. I remember how proud I was when, nature in life, Pat worked so  very hard to earn her GED. She was always proud of her successful career at NLC and all the friends she made there. Pat was a good mother, a loving wife and loyal friend. She was loved and will be missed by many. Dear Patsy, it's been 40 some years since my days at NALC but what days they were! Through all the years you have always been in my heart and there you will remain. Rest well old friend.

I had the privilege of working with Pat at the NALC from 1996 to 2001.  I have many happy memories of the time that I spent with her - she made me feel so welcome when I joined the NALC and was kind beyond measure.  

Please accept my deepest condolences - I will br praying for her family’s comfort in the days, weeks and months to come.

I love you so very much. I hope you know how much I’ll miss you and how much I’ll cherish the memories we shared. Thank you for always making us laugh, baking us the most delicious cookies, and for all the kisses and hugs. I will always miss watching all the trashy TLC shows with you like Hoarders and Botched. I’ll miss heating up your coffee ten times to get it hot enough and making you do donuts on the jet-skis at the lake house. I’ll miss taking silly pictures with you and laughing at Snapchat filters. I’ll miss you always asking everyone to get together so you can take a picture. You are so missed already and I will never forget my Ammie. I love you so so much forever and ever. ❤️

I have so many fond memories of your mom growing up. She was always there to listen to our crazy nights out. She was a wonderful mother who raised 3 wonderful kids. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

It was a honor to have known Patricia Conforti a woman who worked hard plus raised three great people ,Debbie Deanna and Billy she absolutely Loved all her family and friends and would do anything in the world for them if she could. I want to say thank you for all you have done for me you had a heart of gold You will be truly missed but your suffering is over.
