Born April 2, 1952 in Sharon, Pennsylvania, he carried the quiet work ethic of his roots throughout his life — 35 years with Xerox Corporation, years more with Cropp Metcalfe, and decades of devoted service with the Woodbridge Lions Club.
He cared for his beloved wife Debra through her battle with ovarian cancer with the same steadiness he gave to everything — fully, without fanfare. He said "I love you" every single day, and he meant it every time.
Preceded in death by his wife Debra Dawn Edwards, his mother Nema, father Charles, brother Jimmy Edwards, and beloved grandson Wesley Sayler (Jan. 23 – Feb. 18, 2008).
Lovingly survived by daughters April Zammas (Christian) of Fredericksburg, VA — grandchildren Sadie (13), Nicholas (12), and CJ (18) — and Christine Gerogosian (Ben) of Fredericksburg, VA — grandchild Syd (23).
A Celebration of Life will be held June 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the family property in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
