My sincerest condolences. Richard and I went to elementary and high school together and were close friends. He was an usher in my first marriage. We lived about a mile apart. His family bought and ran a country store which my grandfather built. I left the area after college and we had very little contact over the years, each going our separate ways. A saw him at a class reunion. We had a few phone calls. Even so, I feel a deep loss knowing that he is gone.

My condolences to the family. While I barely had time to get to know him only as of recent it was quick to see Richard as a kind, sweet, helpful, caring, and very wonderful gentlemen.
