

Richard was born in Clinton, Indiana on January 6, 1949 to Ammadale and Mabel (Swan) Moseley. In 1969 he left home to enter service in the United States Army with his service time including a tour in Viet Nam as a Heavy Equipment Operator, after returning he was assigned to Ft. Belvoir as a Heavy Equipment Instructor and Mechanic. He was a member of the Eagles Post on Coolsprings Road in Stafford.
He is survived by his long time companion Kathryn “Betsy” Riso; daughters, Deborah Knightly and husband Bill, Debbie Bowman and husband Michael, Beth Munno; sons, Kenny Beach and wife Sandy, Clement Munno and wife Nicole. Other survivors include his sister Shirley Montgomery and husband Ted from Clinton, Indiana; along with numerous grandchildren, great children, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday March 9 from 7-9 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel. A memorial service celebrating Richard’s life will be conducted on Saturday March 10, 2012 at 11:30 AM at St. George’s Episcopal Church 905 Princess Anne Street in Fredericksburg. Interment will be in St. George’s Memorial Garden adjacent to the church.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. George’s Episcopal Church.
