Roger Allen Smith, Sr., 83 of Fredericksburg passed away at his residence on Thursday, August 12, 2021.
He is survived by his son, Roger Allen Smith II.; three brothers, Butch Brown, Dick Smith, and Ralph Smith; and three grandchildren, Isabela & Vanessa Smith, and Matthew Davis.
