She was born on July 14, 1958, in King William, Virginia to Manley and Christine (Loving) Fogg.
Rose was a woman of incredible strength, warmth, and dedication. She spent many years delivering for the Postal Service, where she served her community with pride, and later as a newspaper carrier for The Free Lance-Star, a job she took great pride in. Her work ethic, kindness, and commitment to others left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. She instilled in them the importance of hard work, perseverance and kindness.
She was a wonderful mother and was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. We ask that you remember her not for the way her life ended, but the way it was lived and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
