He was born on July 23, 1970 in Fredericksburg, VA to Richard Allen Hailstalk, Sr. and Ruth Mae (Washington) Hailstalk.
Predeceased by his father Richard Allen Hailstalk, Sr.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth Hailstalk; loving wife of 33 years, Tabitha Hailstalk; two children: Alexis Rigole (Julius) and Aiden Hailstalk; three siblings: Richard Hailstalk, Jr. (Joan), Rochelle Harrison (Orlando) and Royce Hailstalk. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extending family.
A Memorial Service will be held at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 4:00 PM with Russell’s brother in law, Pastor Orlando Harrison officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 PM.
