He was survived by his mother, Pearl O’Neal Lacey of Leesburg, FL; and two brothers, Donald Lacey of South Fork, PA and David Lacey of Ocoee, FL.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Lacey Sr. and a sister Elizabeth Wheeler.
