Ruth Sullivan Purks, age 67, passed away on July 17, 2025, at her home in Fredericksburg, VA.
She was born on July 25, 1957, in Fredericksburg, VA to the late Linwood S. and Mildred G. (Merryman) Sullivan.
Predeceased by her parents; husband Donald Wayne Purks and brother Sonny Sullivan.
Survivors include her companion Carrol Dennis Martin; two brothers: Gary Wayne Sullivan and Michael Ray Sullivan (Sheena) and sister-in-law Marcella Sullivan Nave.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
