

She graduated from King George High School in 1978. She loved her dog Harlie, her cats Minnie Pearl, Nova Lee, Smokey, Chevelle and Tazz. She also enjoyed raising her chickens and ducks. She was a lifelong member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Sharon loved spending time at the beach as a child and continued to enjoy going as an adult. She worked as a cashier at Walmart and worked her way up to cashier manager. Due to health reasons over the last several years she has not worked. Sharon always had a big heart and no matter what her own situation was she would always help those that needed it.
She was preceded in death by her mother Jean and nieces Bethanny and Britany.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Heard(Anthony), father Wardlow E. Trainor, Jr, her sister Jennifer Hamm (Reggie), brother Wardlow E. Trainor, III (Stephanie). Niece Kelsey Trainor-Brown, and nephews Brett Trainor and Adrian Hamm and one great nephew Elijah Brown.
A visitation for Sharon will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Hwy, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 PM with a reception immediately following at Bethel Baptist Church White Oak Road.
