She was born on October 22, 1984, in Fredericksburg, VA to Louis Ashton Minter and Cheryl (Sealy) Minter.
Stephanie's passing is a lost felt throughout an entire family and a whole host of friends. Stephanie can best be described as a happy, jolly individual, filled with love and adoration for her loved ones. A beam of light in dark places.
Stephanie will be sorely and dearly missed, with the world missing out on that beam of light we came to know so well.
Though she has taken new wings, the beauty she brought into this world remains forever in our hearts.
Predeceased by her maternal great grandmother, Ivy Satterwhite Sealy; paternal grandparents: Margaret M. Minter and Basil A. Minter; and her father, Louis Ashton Minter.
Survivors include her grandmother, Mary Louise Smith; mother, Cheryl Sealy Minter; one son, Caden Montague; three brothers: Christopher Shawn Brandon Sealy, Gary Wayne Minter and Louis Ashton Minter, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews; a special great nephew: Noah Grayson Sealy and a special friend, Clint Montague.
A celebration of Stephanie’s life will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
