He was born on October 18, 1972 in Alexandria, VA to the late Balint and Ursula (Hanko) Rozsa.
Stephen was a North Stafford High School graduate and a Eagle Scout. He was a dedicated worker for Giant Food Store for over 25 years and participated locally in the Republican Party.
Survivors include his brother, C.D. Rozsa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 10:30 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church, 12807 Valleywood Drive, Lake Ridge, VA 22192. Stephen will be inurned with his parents at Hillcrest Cemetery, 1000 SC-544, Conway, SC 29526 at a later date.
