Susie Jane (Luzier) McLaughlin, 70, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lynn and Margret Luzier; five brothers; six sisters; her husband, Albert McLaughlin; and a longtime companion, Gerald Aldrich. Susie was survived by six children, Robin McLaughlin, Elizabeth Swoope, Denice Kovach, Jerry Kovach Jr., Gail Kovach and Bryan Kovach; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friend on Wednesday, Feb. 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, with a memorial service at a later date.
