

Terrance Arnette Richardson Sr; known to us as “Terry”, was born on February 11,, 1958. He was born to Mary Virginia Richardson and Charles Barnett Goins of Pinehurst, NC. Terrance first moved to New York at the age of six to live in the Bronx, where he spent his early childhood and teenage years, living with his mother and his stepfather Quentin Bulliner, and his two sisters Nancy and Oshun. He graduated from John F Kennedy H.S with a legacy as a star football player. After graduating, he attended Hunter College with a major in Accounting. He began his career at Goldman & Sachs, but moved on to take a postion at Municipal Credit Union selling life insurance. One day, during a presentation about life insurance he met the love of his life, Vernice in the lobby at North Central Bronx Hospital. He proposed to her, and they were married on December 1, 1984. They proudly raised two sons Terrance II and Terrel.
Later on, he changed his career, and became a Supervisor of stock workers at North Central Bronx Hospital. He spent 25 wonderful years helping to change lives through words of encouragement for many people. Everyone at the hospital held Terrance in high regard, if you needed something Terrance took care of it. He loved music, but couldn't hold a tune. He also loved dancing with his wife. He was best described as a nice, understanding , an all-around gentleman. He was an avid car enthusiast, as well as having a passion for drawing. He loved his wife of thirty-one years, sons, family, and friends. His dedication and bravery to his wife durning her severe stoke was unmeasureable.
He leaves to mourn, His beloved wife Vernice Richardson, his sons Terrance II and Terrel, mother Mary Richardson, cherished sisters Nancy and Oshun, his mother-in-law Marjorie Mayers, unforgettable sisters-in-law Renee Coates and Lorraine Harper. Two astonishing nephews Saquan, and Dennis, his niece "my little lady " Nicole, and a multitude of friends, employees, neighbors that he treated as his own family.
