Thomas R. Hallier, 78, a long-time resident of Spotsylvania, VA. unexpectedly passed away peacefully in his sleep on Easter morning. Known for his kind heart and inventive spirit, Tom was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. He dedicated forty years with the same telecommunications company working his way up from a cable splicer to an Engineer, managing his own network planning team. His expertise and dedication were recognized and appreciated by all.
Tom's passion for the outdoors was evident in the beautiful garden oasis he created, a tranquil space where he spent many joyful days, relaxing while enjoying a glass of wine. His legacy is reflected in the love and care he put into every project, and in the warm memories shared by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on his birthday to honor Tom's memory. The family wishes to extend their gratitude for the support and condolences received during this time.
