He is preceded in death by his parents Lester & Georgia and his older sister Darlene.
He is survived by his wife of 42 yrs, Donna of Fredericksburg VA; his 3 sons, Shawn (Kristi), Joshua (Sarah), and Cole (Sonia); his brother, Michael (Rose); and sisters, Susan(Tom) & Gina; 6 wonderful grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Todd has lived in Fredericksburg VA since 1985 where he was a general contractor until disabled by Parkinson's.
His passion and his true gift was carpentry, like his father and brother and his best work is the home he built for his family. His work is well known from No. Va to Fredericksburg.
He spent his later years devoted to his yard and his dog Hermann who was his shadow especially for truck rides. We will miss his smile and his kindness .... RIP Todd , you earned it.
