She was born on April 28, 1980 in Manassas, Virginia to the late Sanford Lee Musser and Deborah Jeanne (Deal) Dove.
Tomarra was a hardworking, selfless, and deeply caring woman, whose loved reached far beyond words. She had a rare way of making people feel truly seen, valued, and special, as if her attention alone could lift the weight of the world. She gave of herself freely and wholeheartedly, never asking for anything in return. She never hesitated to speak her mind, and her honesty was one of the many things that made her so unforgettable. Paired with her incredible sense of humor and vibrate personality, she brought laughter, comfort, and authenticity into every space she entered.
Tomarra’s strength was undeniable. She carried more than most ever knew, yet she did so with grace, resilience, and quiet determination. Being in her presence was powerful. It was grounding, reassuring, and unforgettable. She had a way of making everything feel okay, even in the hardest moments. Her eyes held warmth and understanding, and her smile could soften even the heaviest hearts, reminding everyone around her that there was still goodness in the world.
Above all else, Tomarra was devoted to being the best mother she could be to her children, and she lived that promise every single day. Her love was fierce, unconditional, and unwavering. She showed it through her sacrifices, her protection, her guidance, and the countless way she put her children first. Everything she did was rooted in loved for them, and her greatest purpose was making sure they felt safe, supported, and deeply loved. Though her absence leaves an ache that words cannot fully express, Tomarra’s love did not leave with her. It lives on in the hearts she touched, in the lessons she taught, and in the love, she poured so freely into her family. She will be remembered not only for her strength and selflessness, but for the way she made people feel loved, accepted and never alone. Her spirit will remain forever, carried forward by those who loved her most.
