Ursula was born in Hamburg Germany and survived WWII before coming to the states. She lived in California, North Dakota, Quebec, Miami and Cuba before settling in king George VA. After her first cancer battle she became extremely active in the American Cancer Society and helped establish the Fredericksburg Relay for Life.
She is survived by her daughter, Angie Zuluski; and son Cary Oesterwinter.
She is preceded in death by her husband Claus; and parents Paul and Ellie Ecklemann.
A graveside service for Ursula will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 1902 William Street, Fredericksburg, VA.
