

He was born on June 10, 1963, in Fauquier County, VA to the late Reynolds and Marceline (Corbin) Frazier.
Walter was a dedicated oil delivery driver for more than 30 years, known for his hard work, reliability, and friendly personality. It seemed everywhere he went he knew someone, and if he didn’t he soon would. In his free time, Walter enjoyed going to the casino or sitting at home watching Sanford and Son, The Price is Right, or some sporting event. He was passionate about his fireworks and was a member of several firework clubs. Walter was well known for his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the hobby. Walter will be remembered for his outgoing nature, sense of humor, and the connections he made with many people throughout his life. He leaves behind many friends, love ones, and memories that will be cherished forever.
Walter is survived by his long time girlfriend and significant other, Lisa and her children Jamie, Shelby, and Patrick. He is also survived by his sister, Alice and his brother Robert along with his great aunt and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Walter’s life will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM at Peppers Grill, 791 Madison Road, Culpeper, VA.
