Mrs. Spicer worked as a registered nurse for over 24 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Richard Spicer; her children, Tanya “Devi” Spicer and husband Denver Graninger, and Christopher Spicer and wife Heather; her brother, Daniel Wheeler and wife Patty; her nephews, Kevin Madary and wife Cindy, and William Higgins; her niece, Stephanie Quinn; and her beloved grandchildren, Cole, Garrett and Jacob Spicer.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg on Wednesday, February 15.
