Zachary Blaise Meter, 20. On November 11, 2015 at 10:30pm, our world was shattered when this beautiful soul was taken from this world by a senseless act of violence. Who would have ever imagined that we would only get a chance to see that beautiful smile for only 20 short years. He brought smiles and laughter to anyone he would meet. Zachary was a huge Baltimore Ravens fan. He played football from the time he was four years old. Music was a big part of Zachary's life, he was a fantastic beatboxer. He enjoyed life and impacted everybody he knew. He is survived by his mom, Shannon Meter; His girlfriend, Jancy Portillo; two uncles, Gonsalo Ceja and Chris Valentine; two aunts, Christina Ceja and Frances Sepulveda Arrell; cousins, Kyleigh Ceja, Corey Sims, and Anna Sanchez, Christopher Valentine; God-parents, Joel and Trish Walor; two God-sisters, Kira Mathieu and Nayome Walor; one God-brother, Noah Walor; grandparents, Bryson and SueAnn Shealy, and Frances Turner; and many other friends and relatives. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 17, from 6-8pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service Fredericksburg Chapel.
