Beverly was born on July 31, 1941 in Kansas City, MO the daughter of James Sr and Dorothy (Conroy) Starke who preceded her in death. She retired in 2006 from KC Periodical Distribution Center in Lenexa, KS as a warehouse laborer. She was a faithful member of First Adventist Church in Shawnee, KS. Beverly enjoyed going to the casino, fishing, cooking and was most famous for her Christmas cookies. She loved being a grandmother and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include: one son, Arthur “Butch” Dick II of Williamsburg, MO; one daughter, Barbara Dick of Williamsburg, MO; two grandsons, Arthur Dick III and Michael Dick and two great grandchildren, Arthur Dick IV and Nevaeh Waller-Dick. She was also preceded in death by her brother, James Starke Jr.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Callaway Memorial Gardens in Fulton, MO with Pastor Mike Haldeman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Compassus Hospice, c/o Debo Funeral Home, 833 Court St, Fulton, MO 65251.
Serving as pallbearers are Chris Veach, Arthur Dick III, Arthur Dick II and Michael Dick.
