

Bloyce is survived by his wife, Margaret Lucille (Tune) Williams; daughter, Linda Louise Horstmeier; grandson, Darren Horstmeier and wife Stephanie; granddaughter, Dawn (Horstmeier) Green and husband Freddie; great grandchildren Dalton and Baileigh Horstmeier, all of Fulton; two sisters, Yvonne Stricklin of Steelville, Mo. and Dale Fields of Steelville, Mo.; three sisters-in-law, Helen Terbrock of Lake St. Louis, Mo., Amuel and Betty Miller of O’Fallon, Mo.; two brothers-in-law, Bobbie and Terry Goodsell of St. Charles, Mo., and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noland Gustavis Williams and Elsie Mae (Tanner) Williams; infant daughter, Kathryn Elaine; one brother Delmar Cleon Williams; and four brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law, Clyde and Beulah Tune, Ed Terbrock, Oriville Fields and William Stricklin.
Bloyce served in the United States Army from November 19, 1942 until he was honorably discharged October 14, 1945.
He was a carpenter by trade for over forty years and worked in both residential and commercial building until he retired in April of 1982.
Bloyce enjoyed his retirement by working in his garden, chopping wood for the fireplace and wood stove, working in his workshop making something to give to someone, and playing the piano. He was always helping someone build or repair something. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton with Reverend Jim Day officiating. Interment with full military honors will immediately follow at Callaway Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until the time of service. In lieu of customary donations, the family suggests donations be made to Missouri Veteran’s Home in Mexico, c/o Debo Funeral Home, PO Box 818, Fulton, Mo. 65251.
