Crystal Pauline Hazlett, age 91, passed on Tuesday July 21, 2026; she was born October 8, 1934.

Visitation will be held at Debo Funeral Home, (833 Court Street, Fulton, MO 65251), on July 28, 2026, from 12 - 1 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 1 PM. A Committal Service will take place at Callaway Memorial Gardens (1700 US Business Highway, Fulton, MO 65251), following the service.
