

He is survived by two daughters, Julie Hardacre and Tina Mirts.; grandchildren, Ashley, Tiffany, Alexa, Brittany and Elijah; great grandchildren, Zacary Taylor, Kaden, Olivia, Zariah and Josiah all of Ca.; three sisters, Faye Gowin and June Pinkerton of Fulton and Dorothy Norris of Fort Worth; and many nieces and nephews.
Delbert was preceded in death by his wife, Pat (Britts) Mirts, parents, one sister, and three brothers.
Delbert served in the U.S. Military for 22 years. He first served in the Air Force and later joined the Navy, from which he retired.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, February 10, 2012 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton with Reverend Walter Lockhart officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of service. Interment with full military honors will be held at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. In lieu of customary memorials, the family suggests donations be made in Delbert’s name to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association, c/o Debo Funeral Home, 833 Court Street, Fulton, MO 65251.
