James Edward was one of the strongest men that I was privileged to know. We were first cousins - my mother was Genevieve Groshong and sister of Lois Groshong Carter.

My memories of James Edward were numerous but the most impressive memory I had was when he and his crew would come out of fields - hauling hay or reaping the harvest.

James Edward was a great family man and a man of God !
