John was born on December 13, 1952, in Callaway County, MO the son of Benjamin and Erna (Hamilton) Klick who preceded him in death. He was united in marriage on September 1, 1973, in Fulton, MO to Terry (Allen) Klick who preceded him in death on September 2, 2025.
John was a family man who prioritized his family over everything else. However, he was a small business owner (John Klick Trucking) who provided creek gravel to places all over Mid Missouri. He was passionate about taking care of his family, working with his heavy equipment and his trucks. He will be incredibly missed by not only his family and friends but also the Mid Missouri Community.
Survivors include: one son, Clay Allen (Jennifer); two brothers, Donald Klick and James Klick; two sisters, Beverly Morgan and Arba Clayton; one stepdaughter, Jacqueline Allen; four grandchildren, Chris Bohrn, Sam Bohrn, Isabella Allen and Julianna Allen; one great-grandson, Scott Bohrn and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald Klick and Gary Klick.
Graveside service will on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 11:00 am at Unity Baptist Church Cemetery in Fulton, MO with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating.
