Michelle Denise Vogel

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. The family will receive guests from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Michelle was born on December 4, 1967 in Columbia, Missouri to Jack Younger and Brenda Barnes.

She had worked at Kingdom Projects for eighteen years and she was an active participant in the Special Olympics where she specialized in the Swimming and Bowling Events. She was an avid fan of WWE Wrestling and she enjoyed going out to eat at restaurants and listening to music where her favorite artists were Michael Jackson and Kenny Rogers. Michelle will always be remembered for helping on the farm and being the best farm hand in the family.

Michelle is survived by her mother, Brenda Leeper; father, Jack Younger; adopted father, Bill Vogel; two step-fathers, Ed Mills and Steve Leeper; sister, Robin (Jeffrey) Shaon; brothers, Joe (Angie) Vogel and Tyler Leeper; step-sister, Julie (Shawn) Stiles; thirteen nieces and nephews; five great-nephews; one great-niece; several foster brothers and sisters and many other loving family members and friends along with the Fischer Heights staff and friends at Finck Supported Living.

She was preceded in death by one step-brother, Dale Leeper and her grandparents, Bill and Geneva Barnes.
