Molly Beth Watson

Molly was born on June 6, 1954 in Texas. The daughter of the late William and Shirley (Hawkins) Hiatt. On April 3, 1976, she was united in marriage in New Haven, MO to Roy Dale Watson who preceded her in death in 2018. Molly was a graduate of New Haven High School. She continued her education at East Central Community College then later worked for several years at Scholastic Books in Jefferson City where she retired. She was an avid fan of The Beatles, she enjoyed their music and followed their career. Molly enjoyed crafting, writing poetry, bird watching, and loved animals. Molly cherished being a grandmother and great-grandmother and will be remembered for her loving spirit that touched many.

Survivors include: two daughters Jennifer Miller (Gary) of Jefferson City, MO and Jennifer “JJ” Krawczyk (Matt) of Wentzville, MO; three grandchildren, Hayden Miller (Frida), Lillian Miller and Noah Miller; three great-grandchildren, Cali Miller, Aliyah Miller and Kendall Miller; two sisters Mary Phillips and Debra Vandegriffe (Dick); three sisters-in-law, Chong Stone, Edna Littrell, and Diana Watson, one brother-in-law Ray Watson. numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, her twin, Martin Stone and Richard Stone, two sisters-in-law Gert Holland and Rose Hanger, brothers-in-law Floyd Watson, Jerry Holland, Herman Hanger, and George Littrell.

Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM on August 9th, 2025 at the Civic Center in Holts Summit, MO
