

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Inurnment will follow at Portland Cemetery in Portland, Missouri. The family will receive guests from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services at the funeral home.
Norma was born August 9, 1946 in Willow Springs, Missouri to Hans and Iola Schneller Kreutz who preceded her in death.
She was a 1965 graduate of South Callaway High School in Mokane and then attended Cosmetology school in Columbia, Missouri and became a Licensed Cosmetologist. She had worked at Mickeys Beauty Salon and Hairtique both in Fulton before retiring in 2011.
Norma was a member of the Oddfellows Auxiliary in Fulton. She enjoyed traveling and was an excellent cook. She was known as the family matriarch and will be remembered for cooking and hosting many family events and parties. Even though she didn’t have any biological children, she helped raise and was loved by her nieces and nephews.
Norma is survived by brothers, Lawrence Kreutz of Columbia, Missouri and Martin (Connie) Kreutz of Holts Summit; sisters, Jean Kreutz of New Bloomfield, Judy Black of Fredericktown, Missouri, Cynthia Kreutz of Columbia, Missouri and Sylvia (Gary) Conatser of Jefferson City, Missouri.
She was also preceded in death by sister, Theresa Kreutz; brother-in-law, Raymond Black and sister-in-law, Dorothy Kreutz.
