Peggy Sue Reuter

Peggy Sue (Willhoite) Reuter, 62, of Fulton, entered into her eternal rest with Jesus Christ on Friday, October 30, 2020, at St. Mary’s Hospital-Jefferson City, with family at her side.

Peggy was born February 24, 1958 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Virgil Susan and Isam Wilbur Willhoite. Peggy married Bernard Reuter on June 30, 2007. He survives of the home.

Peggy graduated from Moberly High School in 1976. She worked for the Missouri Department of Mental Health from 1989 until her retirement in 2012. Previously, she had worked for various restaurants and gas stations. Peggy enjoyed spending time with her family, spoiling her dogs, reading, being outdoors, and traveling. She had camped in most of the Missouri state parks and in recent years had traveled to several states with her husband. Peggy accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Holts Summit.

Peggy is survived by her husband Bernie of the home; sons Jason (Peggy) Hull of Jefferson City, and Brandon (Kelly) Hull of Fulton; granddaughters Haylei (Kyle) Bock and Rylee Osborn of Jefferson City; great grandson Hudson; brothers John (Sally) Willhoite of Kansas City and Bob (Susan) Willhoite of Centralia; and many nephews and nieces. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters Cathy Brotherton and Susan Daughtery; and her brother Bill Willhoite.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 1:30-2:00 pm on Sunday November 8, 2020 at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Holts Summit. Funeral service will follow at 2 pm with Pastor Nolan Wynn officiating. Burial follows at Callaway Memorial Gardens in Fulton. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Holts Summit, in care of the funeral home.
