

Ruby was born near New Bloomfield, MO on June 20, 1949, the daughter of Charles Edward Branch and Ethel (Summers) Branch. She graduated from New Bloomfield High School in 1967.
At age fourteen, Ruby began working at Kieth’s Castle in Fulton. She had fond memories of the ten years she worked there. Later, she worked in Home Health Care for several years. Her last job was at Kingdom Projects, where she supervised other workers and also made delicious home cooked meals for staff and employees. Everywhere she worked she was known as an exceptionally sweet-natured and reliable person and everyone who spent time with her became a friend for life.
Ruby was a loving mother to five children. Surviving her are Travis Branch (Rachelle) of Independence, MO, Kathy Williams (Johnny) of Kingdom City, MO, Christy Whittington and Tami Keeling, both of Auxvasse, MO. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Ruby was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Keeling; her brother, Richard Branch; and life partner, Bob Williams.
Graveside services are planned at Bull Cemetery (also known as Pleasant Ridge) on AA, near Holt Summit.
