Alma Mae Roberson

Graveside services will be Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at Crestwood Cemetery for Alma Roberson, 76, of Gadsden. Rev. Bill Abbott will officiate. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.

Mrs. Roberson was born on July 15, 1935 in Kirksville Mo. She passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. She was a devoted wife and mother for 58 years and a great mother-in- law. She was a member of New Faith Community Church. Our loss is Heavens gain!

She was preceded in death by her Parents Gabe Hendricks and Edna Ammerman, her Father and Mother In-law Ed and Lillie Roberson, children, Mark Alan Roberson and James Paul “J.P” Roberson, granddaughter, Kelsi Nettles, siblings Mary Ann Johnston, Charles Hendricks and John Hendricks.

She is survived by her husband, James “Robbie” Roberson, Daughter, Teresa (John) Garrard, son, David (Chris) Roberson, grandchildren, Kristi Nettles, Zack Roberson, Jamie Clegg and Rachael Clegg, sisters, Louise (Paul) Morris, Donna Langdon and Linda (Lee) Sizemore.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday prior to the service.
