There will be a visitation and celebration of life on Sunday, April 7th from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Comforter, 156 South 9th Street, Gadsden, AL 35901. Betty may be gone, but will never be forgotten.
Mrs. Dubose was a graduate of Gadsden High School and Auburn University earning her degree in education. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Gadsden. Mrs. Dubose recently retired from Etowah County having worked in the tag office. She was a very devout Auburn fan.
Preceding her in death was her parents, J.B. and Mary Hollingworth, husband, Terry Dubose and son, David Pitts.
Survivors include her grandson, Michael Pitts and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
