Mr. Golden was a veteran, having served with the U.S. Army. He was retired from Anniston Army Depot.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff and Ollie Golden; brother, Wixie (Willie Bell) Golden; and sisters, Mildred (Shelton) Warren and Glenn (Lee) Woods.
Mr. Golden is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty Golden; brother and sister-in-law, Roy and Judy Scott; several nieces and nephews; and beloved pet, Clause.
Burial will be at Crestwood Cemetery. Mr. Golden requested no visitation or service.
