Memorial service will be held at 3:00 Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mr. Bobby Jene “BJ” Gustin, 88, of Hokes Bluff who passed away August 11, 2010. Dave Manojlovich will officiate. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Service directing.
B.J. retired from Prudential Insurance Co. after 25 years of service. He loved working outside in the garden and the yard. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His love for Jesus was visible to all who ever met him.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Julia Gustin; sons, Lonnie (Sandy) Hilton, Mike (Susan) Hilton; daughter Lisa (Allen) Ragan; sons Bobby Park, Stephen (Betty) Gustin, Victor Gustin; daughters, Sharon Clark, Jacquelyn Gustin, and Camille Castro.
The family wishes to express special thanks to Gadsden Regional hospice.
The family suggests green plants in lieu of flowers.
The family will be accepting friends on Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 1pm until 3pm at the funeral home.
