

Carol Rayburn Reagan went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, August 5, 2012 in the Chapel at First Baptist Church of Gadsden. The Rev. Larry Fuhrman will officiate. The family will receive friends in the parlor of First Baptist from 2 p.m. until the service. Burial will be at Forrest Cemetery, with a private graveside service to follow. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.
Carol was a longtime resident of Gadsden and a faithful member of First Baptist Church. She attended the University of Alabama and was a member of the Tri Delta Sorority. She was a loving mother who was adored and cherished by her children.
She leaves to cherish her memories her family, whom she loved very much: brother, William W. Rayburn; children, Robert M. (Laura) Reagan, Laura Linn Reagan (Rick) Tatum, Susan Reagan (Greg) Wills; grandchildren; Stephen Reagan Wills and Sarah Katherine Wills.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Askew Rayburn, who attended the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music; father, Judge William M. Rayburn.
