Darrell Michael Lowery

Darrell Lowery, 40, of Ashville, AL passed away December 27, 2014. He was born April 12, 1974. He was a 1992 graduate of Ashville High School and a 1995 graduate of Nashville Auto Diesel College. He was employed as a mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Lowery and Cleve and Zelda Taylor.

He is survived by son, Tyler Lowery; daughter, Emma Lowery; parents, Harold and Gail Lowery; sister, Krystal Padula; grandmother, Flossie Lowery; nephews, Austin and Tony Padula; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Heath Bolton, Johnny Bolton, Tommy Lowery, Devin Sauls, James Thompson, and Jonathan Williams.

There will be a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Collier-Butler Funeral Home. Chris Cornutt and Jeremy Jones will officiate. There will be a private graveside service at Gum Springs Baptist Church, following the memorial.

Darrell was a loving father, son, brother, grandson, and uncle. He loved fishing, hunting deer and raccoons, Auburn football, and Mountain Dew. May we all remember his bright and beautiful smile, his awesome laugh, and the good times we enjoyed.
