Gary was a great friend of me and Sandra. Besides going to church together for many years. It was during these years of going to church that we decided to start a softball team at College Heights. Gary wound up being our pitcher for many many years. These were all good years.

I am the oldest daughter of Gary's older sister. Gary was 11 years old when I was born. I remember playing with him and his brother Jerry in the yard from a very early age. They would swing me around by my arms and we'd get so dizzy! Since I had no older siblings, and they played the part so well, that as an adult I began to call him & Jerry my uncle/brothers. I will miss Uncle/brother Gary more than I can say! I love you Gary!

We will surely miss Gary on the ping pong table. He was such a joy to be around while coming to play at our table tennis club in Anniston at the Anniston Army Depot. I was able to take several over night trips with him to tournaments in Decatur AL. All the players around the State enjoyed him being competitive on and off the table. Such a gentleman in the Sport that he Loved to Play...
